Delivery & Returns

We aim to dispatch each made-to-order personalised name canvas from our studio within 5 working days. It will then take 1-3 working days to reach you, depending on the delivery service you choose. For UK mainland orders, there are two delivery options; Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class for £4.50, which take 1-2 working days from dispatch and will require a signature upon delivery, and Royal Mail 2nd Class for £2.90, which takes 2-3 working days and does not require a signature. We charge £10.00 for orders to the Channel Islands and £20.00 for a non-tracked 5-8 day delivery service to Ireland. If you need your order any sooner than the dispatch times offered, please contact us here or email us at hello@wallinclusive.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do.

Each personalised name canvas is made-to-order and unique to each individual customer, therefore we do not accept returns, unless the item arrives damaged or is faulty in any way - please note, we take the utmost pride and care in ensuring that each canvas is wrapped carefully and protected during transit, so as it arrives with you in pristine condition. As each canvas is hand-painted to order, you may notice slight variations between each piece, such as size of letters, which for example will be dependent on the length of the name. This is part of the beauty of having a bespoke product made especially for you, and is not deemed as a design flaw. We also try to show each colour option and style in the truest form, so you can be sure your order is as expected.
