MURALS
I'm interested in having a mural created. What does this entail and what are the next steps?
Whether its for a baby's first nursery, a child’s bedroom or a creative playroom, each of our murals is bespoke to you and your child. You can read our step-by-step guide to our mural process here.
What types of murals do you paint?
Our talented mural artist Adam has 24 years experience working as an artist and has a BA in Fine Art. Each of our murals is bespoke to you and your child. Whether it's a jungle or woodland animal scene, your child's favourite football team, the latest Pixar movie, a creative geometric design or even Harry Potter, no design or job is too big or too small.
Do I need to prepare the wall prior to your arrival?
As long as the wall itself and the surface is in good condition, you do not need to prepare the wall ahead of our arrival. Any wallpaper however should be removed beforehand, as it's best that we paint directly onto plaster or an existing painted wall. If the mural requires a painted background colour, we will paint this upon our arrival.
How much does a mural cost?
As your mural is bespoke to you and your child, prices will vary and will take into account the complexity of the mural, size and timescale. I don't live locally, do you travel?
We are a family run business based in Chester in Cheshire, so most of our clients are based within the North West of England, including Cheshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester and North Wales. However we are more than happy to travel further afield. Any travel costs will always be agreed with you up front.
Do you only paint murals for children's bedrooms?
Our main focus is producing bespoke hand-painted murals for children, whether it's for a baby's first nursery, a child’s bedroom or a creative playroom. However if you are interested in having a mural created for a business or commercial space, from an office, school or fitness studio, to a restaurant, salon or retail space, then please contact us here or email us at hello@wallinclusive.co.uk Alternatively you can call Adam directly on 07702 301496 and he would be happy to discuss your requirements and answer any questions that you may have.

All of our murals and name canvases are hand-painted, using water-based, low odour, non-toxic paint. We only ever use paints which are safe to use in a baby's nursery or a child's bedroom.

PERSONALISED HAND-PAINTED NAME CANVASES
How do I order a made-to-order personalised hand-painted name canvas?
All of our personalised hand-painted name canvases are available to buy through our online shop here. There are currently two font styles available and each font comes in a choice of two colour options. If you would like a specific colour that is not currently offered, please get in touch here and we would be happy to help.
How much do you charge for delivery?
For UK mainland orders, you can choose from two delivery options; Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class for £4.50, which take 1-2 working days from dispatch and will require a signature upon delivery, and Royal Mail 2nd Class for £2.90, which takes 2-3 working days and does not require a signature. We charge £10.00 for orders to the Channel Islands and £20.00 to Ireland. For further information, please see our Delivery & Returns policy.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All of our personalised hand-painted name canvases are made-to-order, therefore please allow up to 5 working days before it is dispatched from our studio. It will then take 1-3 working days to reach you, depending on the delivery service you choose. Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Ireland will take a little longer. What happens if I am out when my order arrives?

All of our canvases are sent via Royal Mail. If you are not in at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left by your postman explaining what you need to do next. Your package will then be taken to your local postal depot where you can collect it at a time that is convenient for you.

Each personalised hand-painted name canvas is made-to-order and unique to you, therefore we do not accept returns, unless the canvas arrives damaged or is faulty in any way. As each canvas is hand-painted to order, you may notice slight variations between each piece, such as size of letters, which for example will be dependent on the length of the name. This is part of the beauty of having a bespoke product made especially for you, and is not deemed as a design flaw. How do I use a discount code?
If you have a discount code for one of our personalised hand-painted name canvases, simply enter the code when prompted to at checkout. Please note that you may only use one discount code per canvas order (whether single or multiple canvases) and this is not redeemable against our murals.
